Parks
Littleton has over 1,477 acres of open space and parks. The city, in conjuction with the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District, maintains most of the city’s parks. Chatfield State Park, home of one of the largest lakes in the region, is a favorite spot for trout fishing enthusiasts . Roxborough State Park is the place to go if you want to enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful rock formations as you hike or bike through the area.

The historic Downtown Littleton shopping district has over 250 shopping, dining, entertainment and service businesses for residents and tourists to choose from. Merchants are laid-back and take the time to chat with customers and even total strangers. The shopping district also has small eateries and four-star restaurants and a live theater.
